On the West Coast, CLS focuses on the industrial work a travelling crew can take on: the twin ports and manufacturing plants of Los Angeles and Long Beach, the East Bay’s terminals and generation stations, and the pulp and paper mills, ports and aerospace plants around Puget Sound. California and Washington both require refinery maintenance to be performed by a state-defined skilled and trained workforce, and CLS is upfront about that with every buyer. Every crew is planned around the site’s own requirements.
